Afterwards, we take the back roads and country lanes through the beautiful Cotswolds villages of honey coloured stone and "chocolate box" cottages. We visit Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Upper Slaughter and Lower Slaughter all of which have their own distinctive Cotswolds character and charm. Finally, we visit the birthplace of William Shakespeare and explore life in the Tudor market town of Stratford-upon-Avon
